my son have fever I gave him parecetomal then also still he have fever and he is vomiting even water also plz I m so tensed any one ans

A. dear mom. you can give him syp vomikind 4 ml twice a day to reduce vomiting and SYP crocin for fever. offer your child lots of liquids, ors water. o k
