my son hasn't got 4 lower incisors teeth.. others teeth are coming.. what shall I do

A. It will come when it has to don’t get so paranoid about it because all the kids have different pattern of the teeth coming so currently there is no problem with that case in case of any doubt or confusion you can always visit visit your dentist for further assistance
