Q.
My son has phlegm and coughs a lot He is 14 kg Doesn’t eat much Been giving him maxtra drops (1 ml ) Can you suggest some other syrup ?

The one you are giving is good but looking at the age of the child it should be somewhere on 2.5 ML you are actually not getting proper to sit which is why I think the effect is not that further more I would recommend you to nebuliser the child three times in the day to begin with
