Q.
my son has been having vomitings every 2 months since Jan, how much I control the food from outside , there is no specific pattern that something specifically doesn't suit him . but all of a sudden these vomitings are happening,is this common for kids in 2yr?

I think your child would probably be having a sensitive tummy it’s not always because of outside food sometimes it could be just to do the food that you’re giving at home but the system is so sensitive to digest which is the vomit or could be due to over eating if your child is doing it certain times I would just advise you to consult the gastroenterologist ones
