my son has a bulged urethral opening. doesn't seem to react when touched. identified today while removing his diaper. haven't seen anything in him like this before. what would've caused it and what's the treatment

So it's better to get the solution likewise .

it needs physical examination of your child
so please visit your pediatrician who can give right guidance after examining your child.
please don't try any homemade remedies.
keep your child well hydrated
avoid using diapers for now.
prefer Cotton nappies for your child.
keep that area clean
