Q.
my son had water like rashes and also I feel like chicken pox. today morning he have few places like neck side, and chest and back side of his body, but in afternoon he got in his head and few in other places also he having 100.d fever. kindly suggest me the same and if it was chicken pox pls suggest me a remedy. pfa image

Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment
