Q.
My son gained weight 400gm in 15 days, again we checked after 10 days instead of gaining he reduced by 100gms by which effectively he gained 300gm only in one month..what should i do??? He is 4 and half month old with 6.9 kg weight & his birth weight was 4kg. Kindly suggest whats need to be done.

Hello ma’am See on an average your child has gained about 500 g on an every month basis So need not worry about it also I would like to tell you that your child has a very good weight as per the age of four months so it’s fine because it’s approximately 2 1/2 kgs about the weight as such
