Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, to reduce your weight post pregnancy Uou will have to take care of what you eat. Eat green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits, take your supplements also.
Drink lots of water.
Avoid sugar and maida totally. Avoid munching in between. Do simple exercises
