A. For our chocolate is extremely rich and sugar which is unhealthy most of the companies use palm oil when they make these chocolates so that is another thing which is extremely unhealthy you do not know how they are processed you know lot of things come up every single day where you see that they are very unhealthy due to the content that they use in chocolate so you have to stop giving chocolates to the chai to extent that we child only is getting access to one or two chocolates in the day and that will minimal quantity and if your child likes to have chocolate look for better alternatives that you can make these days if you check online you find lots of things suppose your people are making putting with banana by using You know jaggery or Honey into that which is a healthy substitute to white sugar and you know processed products so that way you can look for some recipes prepared at home for your child because your child loves to eat them so look for healthy recipes prepare them yourselves and I think that way you can give it to the child guilt free because it is going to be healthy for sugarreplacement you can use honey jaggery even dates are a very good substitute to be given to the child
