my son eats everything and eats well also is active too, but he is not putting on weight he is 12 kg as of now. he is elder twin and is 3year 8month old.

A. he is not putting weight give weight gain foods as potato sweet potato ragi Dalia banana eggs dry fruits as cashew almond in paste and powdered form adding in milk and food items ghee butter cheese in moderate amount dejiye
