Q.
hi my baby is now 7.200 kg he is not putting his weight but he eats all food and he is all day active baby how can i make him weight gain

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much as baby is active and having food properly and also ask your doctor for food supplements and vitamins after evaluation and baby weight should be thrice the birth weight in one year at least. Start eggs chicken cheese ragi porridge soaked nuts fresh fruits and vegetables and dairy products in diet along with home made food after the age of one year.
