You have to try to incorporate them into recipes and present the food in various kinds and forms . Make color roti or paranthas or Puri etc by adding vegetable purée to it or stuff paranthas same can be done Idli or dosa batter .. same with dal and similar thing can be added to rice as well
Author of questionMom of 2 children3 years agoA. thank u for ur valuable information...I already have tried many things like this...but he is so particular in eating that he only eat things he is familiar to...even he don't drink smoothies n home made shake ...he only love to take things in similar repeated form
