Q.
My son doesn't talk yet except my name. he also starts hitting his head and at times himself when I say No to him for things. Is it a normal behaviour?

So it's better to get the solution likewise .
You can also seek guidance by online consurdltation on the platform with an expert for the same as a detailed discussion can be done .

A lot of time kids behave like this but we do not count it as a normal behaviour that has to be something which is making your child behave like this so if you are not able to understand anything on your own then I would advise you to consult a paediatrician on a child psychologist one
