My son doesn't eat vegetables and doesn't drink milk...what are the other options for him?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 day agoA. Namaste Mom, Change the form of food that they do not prefer much, so instead of vegetables you can try to give it in soup form also or finely grate them and give in stuff paranthas or knead the dough or make a puree also can do

My child is going to eliminate all the healthy things there would be no option apart from vegetables people prefer giving non-vegetarian to their child if your child is not having anything the option is only non-vegetarian items that you can offer or millets and grains which are good for vegetarian fruit and pulses
