My son doesn't eat food without being distracted by some cartoon on screen....I wish to avoid screen time for those many times he has his meals....I am helpless....may I have free suggestions for this problem ?

A. hello since the kids at these days are akready used with screen time akong with eating food they tend to refuse when off-the- screen and best idea woukd be to engae your kid in some other activities while u feed and this way the child gets distracted and may overcome this
