You Make sure that you all are eating your meals together because when you do this thing then it would be convenient for a child to eat without screen so make sure that the family is eating food together that way when you will without screen timer without TV that your child is also going to learn to do the same and mobiles and tabs is an absolute no-no at this age so please don’t give it even for one minute
