my son doesn't eat food he only demands chocolates and candies how to stop him from eating sweets

Very simple solution is to completely stop giving it to the child initially they may be a lot of crying and all but you have to be very adamant because it’s extremely unhealthy for the child you can set it this way that once in a day you will get a small piece of chocolate or a bar but that’s once in a day so that will also work for you
