Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and otrher activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperatufre favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.
Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good evening in the daytime I would recommend you to try to massage your child and give a nice warm but this will help to make sure that the child becomes relaxed and goes off to sleep even during the day
