Q.
My son completed 6months , he is preterm baby born at 27th week. now we started giving him one spoon of water daily, He is refusing to drink breast milk bcz he swallowing a lot of air and feels discomfort, and passing a lot gas also..can I give him Woodwards grip water ?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. do not give water n gripe water at all.. Post feeding burping is importan. To help expel gas from tummy. Practicing tummy time will help. Massage on tummy in clockwise direction. Apply hing paste around navel.
