my son age 3 months My sons hands has very wet allways it will be very cool

That’s Very normal with kids to have a little bit of sweat on to their palms but if it is too much as wet as like water then you can get a check with your doctor because that could be a sweat allergy that your child may be having that’s common okay so if you want you can go ahead with further assessment
