my son 8 mth old he is suffering fever last one week only 99. ° last week want to hospital he was gave pracetamol syrup fever came only evening time but he is more active no motion problem everything alright only evening slightly body heat and head also heat what is the reason

A. for fever you can give calpol 3 times a day but if it is not helping then you can give meftal p also but and further you can consult your doctor for more guidance so that doctor can give you proper suggestions about it and accordingly you can follow and strictly maintain good hygiene . . . . . . .
