My son is 5 months old and he got 100.4 fever. How many hours once should I have to give him pracetamol syrup?

Any temperature above 100 F is fever in babies
Always measures temperature in armpits only.
No need to give any fever medicine if fever is below 100 F.
If asociated complaints like cough, cold, loose motion
Treat that accordingly as per ur pediatricians advice.
Keep ur baby well hydrated.
Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day.
Visit ur pediatrician once.

Hello ma’am You can give it maximum four times in a day every eight hours you can repeat it or if needed every 6 to 8 hours you can repeat it but not before that as that is not considered healthy so you can give it for two days in a row and if the fever subsides it is fine otherwise you do need to consult your paediatrician then
