can I give maxtra syrup for my 2 years 5 months old baby once in 5 hours

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 2 years old now to relieve cold give steam inhalation and warm massage to chest and apply vicks baby vaporub on chest and give Maxtra syrup 3 times in a day

Hi It’s mostly an antiallergic so if you want you can give it after consulting your doctor and the dosage can be repeated every 6 to 8 hours not in five hours a minimum gap of six hours is recommended to be maintained in between two dosages of medicines
