My son 7 months old I have to feed rice water with salt is any problem

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. dear mum you should not give rice water as it is thin watery consistency, it will just feel the small stomach of baby without providing enough nutrition and energy
the nutrient requirements of the baby are high so the consistency of the food should be like that of ghee.
give well cooked mashed rice along with Dal keep the consistency like that of ghee
do not give salt till 1 year
