RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl11 months agoA. In a lot of cases it has been seen when the child is having a deficiency of iron in the body it can be very commonly seen that they do suffer with lots of appetite so maybe that is a similar situation put your child into physical sports and increase the appetite and then the child would eat whatever you offered that’s also very good option
