my son 6 months old he is on exclusive breastfeeding till now but after 6 months baby should be given solids and milk also so I am confused which milk should I give him cow's milk or nan pro or some other brand formula milk please suggest

A. Hi dear mom. Yes once ur baby completes six months then u can start semi solids and water. U can continue to breast feed ur baby if ur feed is sufficient. If not then give formula milk. Cow milk is not recommended for the babies below one year
