hi, My son is 6 months old and on exclusive Formula milk and now we have introduced solids also. He is having very hard stool these days. What could be the reason? Can something be done for it?

A. once baby is more than 6 months of age starting complementary food is good at the same time give some water for the baby to drink along with some seasonal fruits also
