my son 3.3yrs old... from yesterday he is having stomach pain if he is eating anything and after that he is vomiting... what could be the problem and what medicine have to be given?

Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Please consult with your doctor regarding the same. It might be due to stomach infection or food poisoning. A direct examination by the doctor is required. Meanwhile start giving ORS so that the child is not dehydrated. Does he vomit after taking liquids as well? You can try giving liquids if he does not vomit them out. In case he vomits out even liquids, stop giving anything for the time being. 30 mins after giving the medicine advised by your doctor, you can start with liquids.
