My baby is 3yrs old..she is releasing gas frequently..she is also has stomach pain..she is not eating anythng.. plzz help me

don't overfeed your child.
once consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised by your Doctor.
avoid spicy and oily food
