Q.
my son 2yrs 11months now. I observed some redness in his stool ,thought that due to summer and heat this happened, later feeded with more water and liquids then his stool observed normal.but,again after 2days observed redness in his stool. he is active now,not showing any symptoms of sickness. is it a worrying issue for us !..need suggestions
