Just spotted this in my 7 month baby diaper. Is this blood? Or due to summer season because of heat or dehydration it happened? should I worry about it?

A. hi yes it's sign of dehydration and concentrated urine so please keep an eye on your child urine output,if it is less than 6 Times in a day, please visit your pediatrician
