Children are fussy eater at this age
Baby may have teething problems
Give some light food fruits vegetables juice khichadi curd rice milk products etc
Maintain hydration
Give well balanced nutritious food including fat carbohydrates protein in different shape colours pattern to make meal more interesting
Don’t force to eat Only time I make the kids eat is if they are obviously hungry but if they not eating because they are distracted by something else
Like tv games candy But if you put healthy and different foods in front of them and if they are not hungry do not worry Offer it later. Offer a healthy snack later Then offer the same food at dinner time
