Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. if the child is two years and 10 months old not speaking properly it would be better if you you ask your doctor regarding this doctor will guide you properly and then accordingly you can decide for the management for this thanks

Hello maβam Consult a speech therapist for a check up to figure out as if there is a delayed speech or there is some another issue and accordingly the doctor or the therapist can advise you if you need to go for a treatment or medicine or therapy or your child will start speaking after sometimes on its own only
