ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. if it is watery and multiple times.. foul smelling, more frequent, bloody, pee count is less than 5-6 times, than consult Paedritician, Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because it is happened due to stomach infection
please keep your child well hydrated with more liquid diet
