my son 1 year old suffering from loose motions since Friday night I already consulted doctor because of motions his skin in that area become reddish and some crcak also he is crying alot when I clean after motion I applied coconut oil calamine lotion himalaya lotion what is the remedy to cure that he is suffering alot please suggest me

So I would recommend to apply Boroline anti septic cream and if you are using diapers frequently please avoid using diapers as it is going to worsen the situation lastly also I would recommend you to shift to non-lactose milk for the time being or stop giving milk till the time to diarrhoea does not subside completely
