My sister is 4 months pregnant now. She likes to eat raw tomato. Can she eat it daily? Is it healthy for both?

Gayatri DawdaMom of a 10 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi yes raw tomato is good. also ask her to add tomato soup too as it contains natural antioxidant lycopene also add cucumber, carrot , beetroot , broccoli, to the diet daily
