My sister is 17 weeks pregnant now.she has running nose and nose block she consulted with her gynecologist they didn't give anything for nose block .she is struggling now Pls suggest any remedies for that no side effects?

A. try to give medications as advised by your gynaecologist. have steam inhalation twice a day drink lukewarm water. rest is must for rapid recovery. take care about diet and hygiene
