my sister has delivered twins one of the baby weight is 2.2kg.is it normal?

It’s a lower weight gain basically I’ll tell you when the twins are born they are usually born with low weight gain only 2.2 for a twin child is definitely a healthy weight gain would completely depend as to what is the weight of the other child and all but 2.24 twin in general is decent
