ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well tgen she can get a full thyroid test as well. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios tooyou must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress
