Nandita BaranwalMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi, I would suggest to use "Ashokarishta ayurvedic medicine" for irregular periods and other period related issues. Have 3 bottle min to get good relief. Eat healthy and nutritious food. Drink plenty of water to detoxify your body. Do brisk walk and have milk twice in a day.
