Q.

my periods were not missed by 1 month, so I also got a positive pregnancy test why thus so are the babies are twins

A. your question is bit unclair and you need to specify exactly that are you pregnant at present before doing the sonography it cannot be said that whether you have a single pregnancy or twins so you should consult with your doctor
