My periods are abnormal for past 2 months.OI am getting periods after 40-45 days. Sometimes it lasts for 3 days or 5 days.When it lasts for longer days, those days flow is heavy and severe stomach pain. I have gained weight around 9-10 kgs post delivery and period started after 9 months of delivery. Is this normal?

A. Hello good afternoon !! Consult Gynaecologist ,yes Post delivery periods will be irregular in few but delay of 1-2 weeks and severe stomach ache is not normal. Consult your Gynaecologist and go for harmonal tests , blood tests. Have more water, fluids, balanced diet with fruit and vegetables, leafy vegetables, cereals, protein rich foods . Check your BMI if weight more than your height then need to reduce your weight.
