my periods 12 days delayed n test is negative what should I do to get my periods.... should I consult Dr.

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well wait onre week then see ok.You can do a urine pregnancy test as that will clear the picture. Try to eat more protein n less of carbohydratesTry to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily
