Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. there are various reasons for missing the period other than pregnancy hormonal changes thyroid hormone changes jifor further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
