my period is late 11 days I took hcg home pregnancy test machine take time to show result and its negative but feel light cramps on back abdomen and nauseous should I wait and test again ...

I think it would be time for you to get an ultrasound done because with which you will come to know whether you are pregnant or not if it is actually negative pregnancy then you’ll come to know what’s the issues due to disturbance in hormones or any other reason behind it
