my One yr old is not eating anything suddenly may due to teething ๐ฅฒ..like whole day I have to keep trying,tired mom , please suggest some tips

Teething can be a big reason but usually kids click on the breastfeeding in this time if your child is not willing to eat anything there can be a possibility of deficiency of iron also so take a suggestion with your doctor after getting the child examine
