My one year old boy not eating well and keep food in mouth for long time .. Any option?

A. Teething could be one reason and second year I would like to tell you that it is completely normal for a child to behave like this because kids don’t like to eat food sometimes I don’t like taste flavour or they are bored with them eating food which they just refuse to eat and keep the food into the mouth most of the times
