Q.
my one year and 4 month old baby had diarrhoea since morning.its look like watery stool.what can I do now?is it normal?

Yup Lose motion that due to certain reasons the most common reason at this age is either your child is having its teeth or your child is having a diarrhoea because of some stomach infection so in either of the cases you will have to get a check with your doctor ones

Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi dear These are all normal stools. Breastfed babies often pass more than 6 stools per day. Until 2 months of age, they may pass a stool after each feeding. But, if stools suddenly increase in number and looseness, suspect diarrhea.
