Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. for gastric colic you can give collicaid/gastica drops to your baby.proper burping for about 20mins on the shoulder and tummy time after every feed is helpful.cyclic motion of legs also relieves . gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the digestimve system. usually in babies of 1 to 3 months of age it is a very common finding to spit the milk after feed due to acid reflux which can be reduced bhy giving a proper burping after every feed. please see that you are not over feeding the child also .if it is very frequent you can give domstal drops also occasionally but only under medical guidance.

Hello, throwing up milk after feeding is normal in babies and it has two reasons either baby is full and don't want to feed anymore and secondly that he is not digesting milk properly, which means mother is not eating healthy food and which is effecting her milk quality.
