Q.

My newborn is 23 yrs old, She has not pooped in last 48 hours. Please advise.

A. i believe you wanted to say your child is 23 days old, as far as pooping is concerned do not worry it is common till 6 months of age. at times they don't poop for 7 days at a stretch due to exclusively being on milk diet. please give bonisson drops to your little one it will be helpful
